Couch, Charles William (Chuck)

Charles (Chuck) William Couch, 64, of Blacksburg, died Sunday, July 24, 2011, at his home. He was born in Nashville, Tenn. on August 2, 1946, and he attended Harding College in Searcy, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his father, Houston Brown Couch. He is survived by his mother, Billie Spencer Couch, Blacksburg; his son, Robert Couch, and Robert’s brother, Alex Acosta, Augusta, Ga.; two grandchildren, Emmanuel Couch and Cruz Couch and their mother, Vickie Smalls; a sister, Betty Davidson and family, Radford; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Jon and Connie Couch and family, Christiansburg, Jim and Lois Couch and family, New Zealand, Donald and Cathy Couch and family, Radford; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 28, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Paul Ribbe and Pastor Sean Couch officiating. The Family will receive friends before the service at McCoy Funeral Home.
