Burchett, Fairy Mildred Quesenberry

Fairy Mildred Quesenberry Burchett, 96, of Pulaski, passed away on Tuesday evening, June 28, 2011, in the Lewis Gale Pulaski Hospital. Born in Delton, Va., on April 21, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Thomas and Delia Trail Quesenberry. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Philip Burchett; a daughter, Judith G. Burchett; five sisters; and three brothers. Mrs. Burchett worked at Paul Knitting Mill, Virginia Maid and Sadler Hosiery Mills. She was a lifetime member of the Bobwhite Blvd. Church of God. Surviving are her children and spouses, Douglas W. and Janet Burchett, Jetta B. and Marvin Arnold, Linda B. and Glenn Brillheart, Joel B. and Marilyn Burchett, and P. Asa and Nancy Burchett; bother, Charlie “Buster” Quesenberry; 17 grandchildren; 34 greatgrandchildren; and two greatgreat-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 8 p.m. on Friday, July 1, 2011, from the Bobwhite Blvd. Church of God with the Rev. Jerry Collins officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until the service hour at the church. Graveside Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2011, in the Thornspring Church Cemetery.
