Hylton, Francis S. (Frank)

Francis S. (Frank) Hylton, 77, of Christiansburg, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011. He was born on September 29, 1933, in Martinsville, Va., to the late Jack and Frances Fulcher Hylton. He served his country in the United States Army and retired from Nestle Foods. He is survived by his wife, Martha Perna Hylton; children, Mark Hylton and Becky Presgraves and her husband, Dwayne; grandchildren, Chelsea Hylton, Michal Hylton, Zack Presgraves, and Morgan Presgraves; sisters, Katheryn Cramer and her husband, Fred, and Nancy Settle and her husband, Don; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 3825-A Electric Road, SW, Roanoke, VA 24018, National Parkinson Foundation, Gift Processing Center, P.O. Box 5018, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5018, or to the Alzheimer’s Association , Western Virginia, 1160 Pepsi Place, Suite 306, Charlottesville, VA 22901. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 5, 2011, from 10 until 11 a.m. at Horne Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday in the chapel of Horne Funeral Home with Pastor Olin Gardner officiating.
