Flynn, Roy Edward

Mr. Roy Edward Flynn, 83, of Pulaski, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011. He was predeceased by his first wife, Minnie Flynn; brother, John Thomas; and sister, Alice P. Reed. Surviving is his wife, Bobby Flynn; children, Roy (Sheila), Michael (Heather) Flynn, and Rosemary (James) Flynn Hodges; stepchildren, Bobby Nelson, Larry Rollins, Paula (James) Moore, Anita (James) Woodson, Tena Fisher and Rosalind Nelson; one sister, Nora Jane Flynn; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at Randolph Ave. United Methodist Church, Pulaski. Interment will follow in Pinehurst Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Friends may call at Serenity Tuesday, April 26, 2011, from noon until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, beginning at 11 a.m. at the church.
