HOLDREN, Sharon Fisher
Sharon Fisher Holdren, 51, of Narrows died at her home Saturday September 23, 2006. Born in Giles County on December 7, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Raymond “Pete” Fisher and Lula Lindsey Elmore. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edwin “Doc” Holdren, a son Jeffrey “Chunk” Holdren, two brothers Sherman and Melvin Fisher, three nephews Greg and Wayne Fisher and Huck Hudson.
She is survived by her fiancé of over twenty years Larry Carter Dalton; two daughters Kristie Blankenship and Sheryl Holdren Cecil, a son-in-law Mickey Blankenship; three step-children Tammie Brehm and Scott Dalton of Stockton, Mo. and Marty K. Foster of Christiansburg; nine grandchildren Lindsey Blankenship, Austin and Darren Cecil, Seth Jones and Cy Sturtevant, Courtney, Koy, Kassidy, and Caley Dalton; two nieces Teri Fisher and Sabrina Johnston, a nephew Cory Fisher; two half-sisters Michelle Hale and Angie Fisher; a half-brother Ray Fisher, a special sister-in-law Dianne Blankenship; special friends Ricky Weatherly, David and Leigh Ann Bowers, Loretta Blankenship, Loraine Agee and many more friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 3:00 PM in the Kendall Funeral Home at 605 Snidow St. in Pembroke with Pastor Shahn Wilburn officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery at Narrows. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 PM.
