I had the honor in assisting him with many deliveries in Montgomery County. He was an easy going kinda guy with a good outlook on life and a smile on his face! I am blessed to have seen he and Andi in March after being away from the area many years! He is delivering babies in heaven now!

Andi, i have often thought of you and Dr. Isenhour. I have wondered where you were. When i started getting my boys medical supplies from Home Iv i asked if you were there. Dr. Isenhour was my mom’s doctor. She loved him. Love and prayers for you my friend.

Dr.Isenhour will forever ha a special place in my heart. I first met him as an older teen needing general care….turns out he was my mother’s doctor 😉 he stayed with me for years…I used to drive from Roanoke just make my yearly visits…..his camaraderie and beside manner was second to none.
I finally had to see a local doctor due my living in Roanoke when I was pregnant.. . It however did not stop me from calling upon him when I needed additional advice with my 2nd child….
He attended my first wedding and my father (Peter Fletcher) enjoyed his chats.
I feel very fortunate to have been a part of his large world….
Much love and many hugs to Andi and his family.

Dr. Isenhour delivered my first born son Christopher Wayne, August 19th, 1986 He was always laughing and picking on me because I would only gain a pound or two. Lol. He was the most caring doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. He was so good to me and joked as I was watching Lets make a Deal. I’ll always have wonderful memories of Dr. I as we called him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family .
