Dillon, Ethel Vaught

Ethel Vaught Dillon, age 86, of Prices Fork, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2019 at her home. She was preceded in death by her son, Carl Dillon.

Ethel retired from V.P.I. & S.U. after over 30 years of service. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

She leaves behind her daughters and son-in-law, Brenda and Roger Hamlin, Bernice Elam; grandchildren, Tonya Harris and husband, Matthew, Nicole Rose Shannon, Kimberly Flower and husband, Joshua, Eric Elam, Christopher Elam, Betty Seagraves and Bryan, Ricky Hamlin; four great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Doug Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Harless Cemetery, Long Shop. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
