Martha C. Phillips, 83, of Christiansburg, passed away on January 21, 2019. She is survived by her husband, Cecil Phillips; son, Clifford Phillips (Robin); three daughters; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and best friend, Shirley Price.

Services will be held at a later date.
