Flinchum, Elva Simpkins

Elva Elizabeth Simpkins Flinchum, 90, of Hiwassee, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Della Simpkins; and her husband, Richard Leo Flinchum.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Richard Carl “Kip” and Patty Flinchum; granddaughter, Brandy Hill of Riner; and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin.

The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m. on Saturday evening at the funeral home.
