Lisa Michelle Collins Blevins, age 49 of Pulaski passed away Friday, September 21, 2018 at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born April 4, 1969 in Pulaski she was the daughter of Charles Dorn Collins and Helen Martha Mabe Collins Eanes.

She is survived by her

Memorial services will be held Thursday 11:00 A.M., October 11, 2018 at the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, Valley Road, Pulaski with Pastor Mary Morris officiating.
