Evans, Audrey Williams

Audrey Alice Williams Evans went home to be with the Lord and Heaven gained an angel on April 22, 2018. She was born on December 7, 1944, in Radford, Va. and was the daughter of the late Sadie and Herbert Williams.

Audrey was a devoted, caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Donald Evans; three children, Teena (Pam), Leena and Matthew (Shari); four grandchildren, Makayla, Jeffery Jr., Alissa and Christina; one great-grandson, Jackson; her brother, Carl; and sisters, Charlotte and Denise.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad Street, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2018. Interment will follow in Mount Vernon Memorial Park.
