Slusser, Lottie Price

Our wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother, Lottie Price Slusser, 82, of Blacksburg, Va., passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, John D. Slusser; sons, John D. Slusser Jr. and wife, Cathy of Christiansburg, Michael Slusser and wife, Carol, of Blacksburg, and Ronnie Slusser and Kenny Slusser, both of Blacksburg; daughters, Sandra Richardson and husband, Willie, of Pulaski, Carol Sue Viers and husband, Michael, of Christiansburg, and Penny Ratcliff and husband, Phillip, of Riner; and numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Also left behind is her beloved dog, Mollie, who showed up on her door step one day and it became love at first sight and she stayed beside her master until the very end. We will see you on the other side, Mama. The family would like to thank Dr. Harry McCoy and staff, and Hospice for their compassion and kindness they showed our beloved mother during her final months. Services will be private.
