Stafford, Mildred Moye

Mildred Ruth Moye Stafford, 87, of Blacksburg passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Heritage Hall Health Care. Born in Roanoke on February 23, 1930, she was the daughter of the late James Walter Moye and Helen Croy Moye. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Wilson Stafford, and her brothers, William Daniel Moye, Sr. and Terry Gene Moye. She is survived by her brothers, Dr. Jerry Walter Moye and Lillian of Houston,TX; James Ernest Moye and Nancy of Midlothian; sister, Mary Jane Stafford of Rich Creek; and a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Christiansburg. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice 1160 Moose Dr. Christiansburg, VA 24073. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
