Duncan Elbert Murray Jr., 66, of Christiansburg, Va., died on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at Fairview Home in Pulaski, Va. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Duncan Elbert Murray, and Ethel Atkinson Murray. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Cleo Murray Gill and Phoebe Murray Adams, and a nephew, Edward Allen Gill. He is survived by his sister, Jo Murray Lambdon; and the following nieces and nephews and their families: Ann Gill Tomlinson, George Millard Harvey, Jr., Pamela Harvey Bowles, Michael David Adams, Beth Lambdon Kinsey, and Amy Lambdon Henry. A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 3 p.m. in Sunset Cemetery with the Rev. Hugh Kilgore officiating. There will be no visitation.
