Gilbert, Estel Bonetta Dameron

Estel Bonetta Dameron Gilbert, age 88 of Pulaski County went to join our Lord, Thursday, March 25, 2010. Born February 13, 1922 in Dickinson County, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Will Dameron and Flossie Grizzle Dameron. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Gilbert; one daughter, Janet Goad; one grandson, Jonathan Gilbert; two brothers and two sisters. Surviving- One Daughter- Faye Sumner-Floyd County, Sons & Daughters-in-law- Ralph & Gayle Gilbert-Dublin, Fred & Carolyn Gilbert-Dublin, Larry & Brenda Gilbert-Belspring, 16 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren and 15 Great, Great Grandchildren, Sister- Elen Holmes-Bristol. Funeral services will be held Sunday 7:00 p.m. March 28, 2010 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Danny McGlothlin officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home. Graveside services will be Monday 11:00 a.m. at the Old Dublin Cemetery, Dublin.
