Tony Ray Mooney, age 45 of Pulaski passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2010. Born June 14, 1964 in Radford, he is the son of Jewell Ann Wright Richardson Mooney.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ray Franklin Mooney and Ashley and Amber’s mother; Vickey Mooney. He was employed by Bond Cote Corporation

Funeral services will be held Friday 7:00 p.m. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Jerry Collins. officiating. The interment will be private.
