Lawrence, Cecil Elwood

Cecil Elwood Lawrence, age 48, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, June 28, 2006 in a Roanoke Hospital.

Surviving are a daughter, Tara Hyman, Shawsville, a son Sean David Smith, and a grandson Tyler Hyman, Shawsville. Also surviving are two sisters Sonja Mayberry, Dublin, and Rosemary Fantaccione, Fla., four brothers, Donnie Janney, Portland, Maine, Ronnie Janney, Fla., Oliver Taylor, Pulaski and Raymond Taylor, Christiansburg. Also surviving are numerous cousins, aunts and many special friends.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, July 2 at Hickman Cemetery, with Rev. John Tibbs officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sunday, July 2, at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home, Radford.
