King, Frederick Wayne

Frederick Wayne King, 70, of Pulaski, Va., and formerly of Fredericksburg, Va., died Wednesday, June 28, 2006 in Pulaski Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Born August 22, 1935 in Pulaski, he was the son of the late Stella Grace Grubb King and Thomas Clarence King. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert (Bob) King.

He was a veteran of the US Airforce and a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pulaski. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor (Cil) Ryan King of Fredericksburg, Va.: a son, Joseph King of Colonial Beach, Va.; a daughter, Amy KingWhitehouse of Hampton, Va.; a brother, John Thomas King of Roanoke; two sisters, P. Ann King of Pulaski and Cheryl Underwood of Draper.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 30, 2006 at 8 p.m. at Thomas M. Seagle & Sons with the Rev. Terri Sternburg and the Rev. John Grimm officiating. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Dublin Town Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. prior to the service.
