Myers, David Clayton

David Clayton Myers, born on August 18, 1943 in Christiansburg, Va went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in Augusta GA.

He was the son of the late James & Mary Myers of Riner VA he was preceded in death by daughter, Valerie Hall.

Survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Mariel H. Myers, Augusta GA; daughter, Hope Myers Quesenberry (husband Robert Quesenberry) of Richmond VA and Cindy Ogden (husband Robbie Ogden) of New Ellenton, SC ; grandchildren, Brienne McDaniel, Jared McDaniel (wife Li), Ariel Ayers (husband Brandon) and Charity Quesenberry; great-grandchildren, Lillian Quesenberry, Corey Ayers and Elijah McDaniel.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 5-7:00 pm at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am Friday, February 24, 2017 in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg, Va.
