Yopp, Daniel Wallace

Daniel Wallace Yopp, 34, of Christiansburg, died Friday, December 11, 2009, at his home. He was born in Montgomery County, Va., on March 20, 1975.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Akers; two sons, Trent and Colby Yopp; parents, the Rev. Wallace and Ann Yopp; three sisters, Debbie Gibson, Vickie Eastridge, all of Christiansburg, and Lisa and Mike Parker of Shawsville; two nieces, Brandy Scott and Cheyenne Albert; five nephews, Zack Parker, Michael Giordano, Randy Paul Eastridge, Steven Eastridge, and Shannon Yopp; special friend, Tony Pittman.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 2 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Price officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg, Va. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, SW, Blacksburg.
