Price Jr., Lawrence Radford

Lawrence Radford Price Jr., 76, of Blacksburg, Va., passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2009. He was born on August 8, 1933, a son of the late Lawrence Radford Price Sr. and Margaret Alls Price.

He is survived by his sons, Haven and Tressia Price, Jeffrey and Sue Price and Anthony and Cynthia Price; daughter, Vicki and David Gruver; 18 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brothers, Charlie Howard Price, and William A. and Rebecca Price; and sisters, Elizabeth Janie Smith, Marian Moore, and Jackie E. Price. He was the owner of Price’s Chevron in Blacksburg, Va.

A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 29, 2009, at the McCoy Funeral Home in Blacksburg, Va. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Garden, Christiansburg, Va.

The family requests memorials be made to Blacksburg Inter-Faith Food Pantry, 1109 Brook Circle, Blacksburg, Va. 24060.
