Hudgins, Verna Gayle

Verna Gayle Hudgins, age 64, of Blacksburg died, Tuesday 31, 2017, at Lewis Gale Hospital-Montgomery.

She was born in Montgomery County, Va on February 26, 1952 to the late Paris Earl and Elsie Normagene Sweeney Price. She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Hudgins and companion, Sherri Hudgins; sons, Wayne Hudgins and Joe Hudgins; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Tommy Hackney, Ann and Buddy Hoback, Susie and Ralph Long; brother and sister-in-law, Dwight and Nancy Price; and six grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, February 3, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmie Lee Price officiating. Interment will follow in the Price Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. Friday before the service. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
